A2IT Refund Policy

At A2IT, we are committed to providing transparent and high-quality training programs. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, please review our refund and rescheduling policy before enrolling in any course.

1. Registration Fee

  • The registration fee is non-refundable under any condition as it covers initial administrative and onboarding costs.

2. Course Fee Refund

If the student has paid the full course fee and wishes to withdraw, the following refund policy applies:

  • 90% refund if the request is made at least 30 days before the batch start date.
  • 50% refund if the request is made 15–29 days before the batch start date.
  • No refund will be processed if the request is made within 15 days of the batch start date or after the batch has commenced.

3. Course Transfer & Rescheduling

  • Students may request to transfer to another course or reschedule their batch before the course starts, subject to availability.
  • No transfer or rescheduling will be allowed once the batch has started.

4. Free Demo Class

  • We strongly encourage all students to attend a free demo class before enrollment to make an informed decision regarding course selection.

5. Misconduct & Cancellation

  • A2IT reserves the right to cancel a student’s admission without refund in cases of misconduct, violation of institute rules, or inappropriate behavior.
